01. License Scope
Clarifid grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our proprietary inference kernels within your dedicated, hardware-isolated sidecar environments. All forensic logic remains the intellectual property of Clarifid.
02. Usage Boundaries
Standard pilot licenses include up to 5,000 reasoning paths per month with a burst rate of 100 applications per second. Enterprise licenses are calculated based on 'Forensic Volume' and scale with your origination throughput.
03. Reasoning Integrity
We maintain the right to cryptographically audit 'Reasoning Path' metadata to ensure the integrity of the global signal mesh. PII remains within your enclaved perimeter at all times.
